Terms of Service

These terms explain the basic rules for using BragSlate. They cover account use, billing, content, and what you can expect from the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account, business profile, and the information you publish on BragSlate. Keep your login access secure and do not use the service for unlawful or deceptive content.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, copy, logos, and other materials you upload. By using BragSlate, you give us the permission needed to host, process, and display that content as part of the service.

Billing

Paid features are billed through Stripe. If billing lapses, public pages may be unavailable until the account is brought current. Pricing and billing details shown in the app control over any outdated marketing copy.

Availability

We work to keep BragSlate reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features over time.
